I am super excited to share with you this incredible amplifier which has resided in the LMS (Ronnie Lane Studio Collection) for many decades. It was personally purchased off of the wife of Jet Harris of The Shadows. It is a 1964 Vox AC30 2x15 Extended Frequency ‘EF’ Combo amplifier. This amplifier was most likely custom ordered and custom made for Jet Harris as an AC30 2x15 with a full cloth front panel - incredible! it has had a replacement cloth, but the pictures of the amplifier prior to the recovered front still had a full cloth front panel - usually divided. Certainly a custom order! Internally original including transformers and those two 15" blue speakers, and in great working order. I’ve recently had this back from my technician who’s given it a good service. Ready to go! A real piece of amplifier history!
